Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective resorts, wellness centers, or hospitals booked. Each partner may have its own cancellation rules, timelines, and applicable charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation terms of the individual resort or hospital. Any deductions or charges imposed by the service provider will be applicable.

3. Refund Timeline

Once the cancellation is confirmed and approved, Bookmyveda will process the eligible refund within 14 working days.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.

5. Additional Charges

Any third-party transaction fees, taxes, or processing charges may be non-refundable, depending on the provider's policy.
